Peru Trip Part 2

Junior spent one week in Cusco, which gave him a chance to visit the church that we will be working with.  He was able to preach several times, go on a church picnic and see a little bit of Cusco.  Being at 11,000 ft., the altitude in Cusco was a bit of a shock.  But the Lord protected him and helped him during his time there.  Here are a few pictures to give you an idea of what it looks like.

Peru Trip Part 1

In March, Junior had the opportunity to visit Peru for two weeks. He spent one week visiting his family in Lima, and the other week he went up to Cusco to see where we will be serving. While in Lima, he was invited to speak at a church about missions. This was a neat opportunity because it is the first time anyone had spoken at that church about missions. It's exciting to see the Latin American church growing and starting to send out their own missionaries. Also at that church, God used him to pray for the pastor's wife who was sick. Later he found out that the she had been healed. Praise the LORD who continues to show His power!
